The tools listed in What Important Business Tools Does VeriChek Provide are what you normally expect. There are different qualities of the tools listed and we believe there is no one company that provides them with as much quality and consistency as we do. However, providing these tools does not a partner make.

The staff of VeriChek has one thing indelibly imprinted in their minds: Collect our client's checks to the best of our ability while maintaining the check writer as a customer of our client. To be completely honest, you may find a collection agency that will collect a week or two faster than VeriChek.

Don't misunderstand what we're saying. Faster does not mean better! Collecting checks at any price is not our objective. Rather, it is to collect the check while maintaining the check writer as a customer of our client. We have very firm parameters that must be relayed to the check writer if his intentions break the time parameters that we have in place, and, if needed, the consequences of that action. We will not, however, twist the arm of a sincere check writer trying to meet his obligation in a reasonable time period.

We value our clients and the mutual benefits of our relationship. The sincere belief in this value prompts VeriChek to provide support in all aspects of returned checks. This includes Closed Accounts, Stop Payments and Forgeries. In the latter, we will protect the instrument for preservation of fingerprints, attempt to obtain an Affidavit of Forgery, file a case with the police and/or provide you with copies of all paperwork.
