VeriChek, Inc. is a Texas owned business, operating in a number of states that specializes in verification and collection of returned checks. In order for VeriChek to be the best in the industry, check collection is the only form of collection we perform. We have one focus: recover checks. VeriChek began business on November 1, 1995. VeriChek bought the assets, database and equipment of an existing company and has a combined history of approximately nine years. The company incorporated in September of 1996. There are four principle stockholders living in Abilene, Clyde, and Dallas, Texas. The company is actively managed by the stockholders. VeriChek began and has their Corporate Offices in Abilene, Texas. There was a definitive need for VeriChek in the areas of service and competition. Because of this need, the company has rapidly grown to cover every major city in Texas and an ever-expanding list of states. This, by no means, indicates that the large towns are our only focus. We have a very substantial client list in rural towns, as well. VeriChek has developed an unsurpassed reputation for integrity and service. We have a reference list of people who enjoy expounding on that, but feel free to stop and ask anyone who has our logo on their premise. VeriChek verifies approximately 17.6 million dollars per month in checks.
RELIABILITY
Our current client base remains stable with an attrition rate of less than .002% per year, while continuing to grow at a remarkable pace. Our two main goals: 1) Reduce and collect returned checks, and 2) retain the debtor as a customer of the merchant.
